Welcome to Aquatic Product Technology Department, one of the departments of Faculty of Fishery and Marine Science in Bogor Agricultural Institute, an Indonesian state university located in Bogor, West Java. In both national and international level, Aquatic Product Technology Department takes up an important and strategic role.

Aquatic Product Technology Department conducts and develops education and research in utilizing and processing the overflowing aquatic resources. It is only natural considering Indonesia is one of the leading countries in Coral Reef Triangle Initiative. This state positions Indonesia as the topmost country with magnificent aquatic biodiversity wealth.

With its competency, Aquatic Product Technology Department applies science and technology of material characterization and management, biotechnology, and a continuous, environment-friendly technology for processing and developing aquatic products.
